I suggest you not do the massage to help the black eyes which could hurt the eyes nerves. You could do the cold compress to release the black eyes. You should have the good rest for the eyes, not sitting in front of the computers for a long time with little rest. You should also keep the good diet, with no spicy food which may stimulate your eyes nerves.

A black eye is ecchymosis around the eye commonly due to an injury to the face rather than eye injury. The name is given due to the color of bruising. First, if there is no actual trauma to the eye itself, medical attention is generally unnecessary. The urgent remedy is to applying an ice pack will keep down swelling and reduce internal bleeding by constricting the capillaries. Additionally, painkillers are good to relieve pain. Massage works for black eyes indeed. The only thing to do is to massage injuries with tea tree oil. That is, washing your fingers and get some tea tree oil on your fingers and then sue your fingers massage them gently from in and out for 15-20 minutes. Next take a good rest and stay fit. Massage can help with blood circle being normal and preventing extravasated blood. After doing so, you'd better hold consult with an oculist.
