  Your infection may caused by the inflammation, because it's quite easy to get inflammation after rhinoplasty. Take some anti-inflammation pills at first, then use artificial tears to relieve your painful eyes. You may need artificial tears for two days at least. Avoid eating any food which can make your inflammation heavier, such as peppers, peanuts, beef, etc. Focus on your work and life, then you can feel the hurt less.

  It is so bad for you to get the eye infection after rhinoplasty because of the nose and eye nerves are interlinked. You could use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to get rid of the eye infection. You could also use the warm compress to moisture the eyes and make the eyes feel comfortable. You could try the above ways.
