Well, it seems that your eyes are not in perfect conditions right now. So, as you can see strabismus surgery could help us regain normal vision which could be beneficial for our life. Anyway, it would not be a wise decision for you to swim right after the surgery because your eyes are still recovering which must not be exposed to swimming water, that is dangerous. Generally speaking, if lucky, it takes about 3 months before you are ok to swim again.

Since you have the strabismus surgery three days ago, you should now protect the eyes carefully. It is bad to swim right now because of the invisible bacterium in the swimming pool. In addition, your eyes may get the high pressure during your swimming. If you really want to go to swim, you'd better wait for the three month's full recovery. At this time, you could do the eyes exam to check your recovery process. If your constitution is ok, you may get the recovery soon. And then you could go to swim. But you should wear the swimming goggle when you swim which protect your eyes from the bacterium. Strabismus refers to the symptom of two eyes being not at the same time look at target. It belongs to the eye muscle disease which can be divided into concomitant strabismus and paralytic strabismus. The former of these two kinds refers to eye's turn to the side. The eye is without dyskinesia. The no double vision is regarded as the main clinical features.

Well, generally speaking, you are not supposed to have swimming in the first week after the surgery. First, you should know that strabismus surgery is related to the alteration of the length of eye muscles, so the eyes are in alignment. By taking this surgery, it can shorten one or more of these muscles to reline the eyeball. For strabismus surgery, there are very small risks of infection, bleeding and excessive scarring. And after the after surgery, eyes are very sensitive and fragile, if you go to swim, it will be easy for your eyes be infected by the dirty water. And that can lead to eye infection and slow down the recovery process. So you should take some measures to avoid the infection. For example, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective eye patch. And, also should be careful when you have shower, or the water will make your eyes infected. Some heavy exercises are also should be avoided.
