  It is not too difficult if you want to make your eyes look bigger and rounder. The best simple way is make full use of your eyeliner and mascara. You can use a black or brown eyeliner. Draw a thick eye line on your upper eyelid and on the corner of your eyes. And draw a thinner eye line on the button eyelid. Then, curl your eyelashes and use mascara. It will make your eyes look bigger and rounder.

  Yes, you of course can change the shape of the eyes. Although there are many people using the surgery to make the eyes become bigger, I suggest you not to do this because it is not safe and effective. You could use the make up to make your eyes look bigger and rounder, using the eye shadow or the eye lines. You could even wear the colored contact lenses to make the eyes look bigger and rounder.
