Yes, it is useful and important for reducing eye floaters and keeping eye health. Lutein is also known as xanthophylls, which are actually beta carotene related carotenoids. It presents through the body, particularly in the eyes, which is found in the lens of the eye and in the retina, especially in the macula. Eye floaters are small spots that appear in your field of vision. Lutein is a powerful antioxidant, and with zeaxanthin together can cure eye floaters. On the other side, Lutein is considered as an antioxidant that protects the cells against the damage caused by naturally sunlight. lutein is important for prevent some eye disorders, for example, it could prevent cataracts that is commonly occurs with age. Lutein is present throughout the body, particularly in the eyes. It is found in the lens of the eye as well as in the retina especially in macula. It plays a significant role in visual sharpness and accuracy. Eye floaters are bits of debris, within the vitreous humor, which is the clear and transparent material that fills the eyeball. Eye floaters can be accompanied by flashes of light and restriction in the visual field. Lutein, along with zeaxanthin (another carotenoid), serves as the best cure for eye floaters.

Yes, it can help reduce the eye floaters. Lutein is like the kind of carotenoids founded in the eye crystal, playing the important role of preventing lens oxidation. Through the strongest antioxidant test, it proved that added lutein and procyanidins can significantly reduce the incidence of cataract. In addition,it can reduce cataract surgery concurrent macular edema, promote edema recovery and can prevent postoperative maculopathy. If you have got the eye floaters, you can get some lutein to help you reduce them.

Yes, it can help eye floaters. As we know, lutein is a pigment that you can find in many foods. Your body cannot produce it, so a certain dietary intake or daily supplement will be a good way to protect your eyes, especially for some people who have the eyes floaters. The reason is that the macula, an area of tissue on the back of your eye, contains lutein deposits, and the presence of lutein, along with its antioxidant properties, promote eye health. You should know the associated eye conditions and the role of lutein may help you prevent vision changes, even your eye floaters.
