Although tears is a common sign of people's emotion such as sorrow or joy. But sometimes it also indicate some eye disorder. Usually, people with excessive eye watering during wind and cold indicate he/she probably suffered from dry eyes, allergies and infection etc. therefore, you'd better get your eye checked by a doctor and listen to his/her advices. Good luck.

There must be the sand or the dust in the wind. When the wind blows into your eyes, the sand or the dust may stimulate your tear glands system which will make your eyes water. If you keep on watering, your eyes must get infection. You'd better go to see the doctor and have a check.
