Absolutely not. reading glasses won't hurt you. Wearing reading glasses is normal of course. They are especially helpful for people who have presbyopia. reading glasses made to assist people who have problems seeing close objects clearly come to their aids timely. You can feel free to wear your reading glasses as much as you like when you want to see things close up. If you don't have to do near work, you can not wear reading eyeglasses.

Yeah.reading glasses are different from computer glasses. reading glasses have the focus on the distance you would normally hold a book while computer glasses have the focus on the distance from your eyes to the computer screen. computer glasses can not only reduce glare and the intensity of the light produced by the computer monitor but also block UV rays produced by monitors and fluorescent lighting.

My grandpa has presbyopia. He often wears reading glasses when he wants to read newspaper. But he will take off his reading glasses when he doesn't need them. He told me that he can see the things in the distance clearly. He can also watch TV without reading glasses. So I think you can take off your reading glasses when you don't need them. You don't have to wear them for a whole day.

Yes, it might be a little stupid to ask such kind of questions because we need glasses to help us see clearly. If we can manage things without a pair of reading glasses, why not take off them when we don't need them. If we need them all the time, it doesn't matter if we wear them for a whole day. That depends on your need. It is not the business of other people. So there is no need to care about what other people will say.

Reading glasses are not supposed to be worn all the time. They only be worn for reading. If you look long distance with them, everything will be blurred.

The factors that can affect vision are genes, long term exposure to intense light, PH balance, cholesterol levels, and vascular health, etc. All of these factors can not be changed through the eye exercises. The eye exercises are used to strengthen the muscles around the eyes which has little to do with eyesight. Therefore doing eye exercises has nothing to do with natural perfect eyesight.

If you don't have any problems to see the things in the distance, you may hurt your eyes by wearing reading glasses all the time. Reading glasses can help us see things in nearby clearly but they will provide blur vision if you use them to view things in the distance. So I suggest you to wear reading glasses when you need them and take off them when you don't need them.
