How can I improve my eyesight without glasses or surgery?

Are there any proven eye exercises to do in a month? I have to pass a job related medical eye exam in one month and my vision is just beyond the requirements, but surgery and the use of glasses or contacts is not allowed. Are there any eye exercises or techniques I can do now to help me pass? If so what are they and how often should they be performed? Also should I not wear my glasses or contacts until then to help train my eyes. Thanks!

Sit in a calm place and close your eyes to relax. Then open your eyes and look at the green plants far away with concentrating your eyes.Stop watching TV and using the computer, which may affect your sight.

What's your eyesight now? What result do you want to get a month later? If you really have very bad eyesight, you may need to have lasik eye surgery immediately. There is no way to improve your eyesight within a month. Eye exercise can help relieve eye fatigue other than improve eyesight. If it can do that, it will take a few months to get some signs of improvement. At least it will take 3 months. I know you don't have enough time to do this at present. Or, dude, you may need to consider another job.

You can have a look online. There are many eye exercises for you to choose from. But they will take a long time to get some signs of improvement. And there are some instruments that doctors said it can help improve our eyesight. Once my nephew had tried that, but there wasn't any effect. My nephew was so naughty. He seldom did eye exercise. His grandma had to force him to do it every day. Maybe this is one of the reasons that he hadn't improved his eyesight in the end. But you can consult your eye doctor for more informaiton. Good luck!
