can I wear glasses while skydiving?

  Yes, if you are poor vision, you can prepare a pair of suitable goggles that applied to skydiving. With it, you can see clear when you style in air. This is very important to reading your altimeter, seeing where you respect to the dropzone so as to help you land safely. Still some people also wearing contact lenses when skydiving, But personally, i think goggles are more protective. They also keep your eyes away from wind, debris, insects in the air.

  Of course, you should not wear regular glasses which can fall off easily when skydiving. The best way is to wear goggles to protect your eyes from being hurted. If you have vision problems, you should wear prescription goggles which can help you see where you are. And the goggles must be made of good quality so that they are durable and hard to get shattered. Otherwise, your eyes are easy to get damaged when skydiving.
