  Tortoise shell glasses are type of eyeglasses that are originally made of tortoise shell frames. But right now, tortoise shell glasses no longer made of tortoise shell from real animals, they are made of plastic materials that look the same as tortoise shell. This is the reason why they are so cheap. Anyway, they are look the same nice as really tortoise shell glasses frames. So, it is still worthy to collect a pair.
