What kind of sunglasses can block blue light?

I know blue light is very harmful to our eyes. So what kind of sunglasses should I wear to block blue light effectively? Can you give me some suggestions?

As we all know, blue light is very harmful to the retina. If our eyes are exposed to the blue light for a long time, it will cause serious eye problems, like age-related macular degeneration (AMD). So most sunglasses are designed to block blue light. The most popular one is the tinted sunglass. Lenses that are tinted orange or amber are most efficient in blocking blue light, while other tinted lenses can block part of blue light.

Noir Glasses provide effective blue blocker sunglasses. You can also choose Oakley, Maui Jim, Uvex and Revo. Wrap around sunglasses or clip-on sunglasses are also available to block blue light. When you go to choose sunglases, you can ask the optician recommend some for you.
