    When you get a heavy cold or flu, you shouldn't wear contacts incluing the extended contacts. If you get discomfort or irritation in your eye while wearing extended contacts, you should remove them from your eyes.

    You'd better not wear extended contacts when you are in front of the computer. Don't wear them when you go underwater or take a shower. If you have any discomfort or irritation, stop wearing them.
