Is there any eye drop that don't contain antiseptic?

I have read that the antiseptic in eye drops is not good for our eyes. But most eye drops contain antiseptic. Is there any eye drop that don't contain antiseptic and can be long term usage?

I've heard most eye drops contain antiseptic which can't be long term usage. Otherwise it will damage our eyes. But I don't know whether there is any eye drop that don't contain antiseptic. The best way is to go to your doctor to ask for advice. Or you can go to any pharmacy to have a look.

Maybe there is but it is hard to find. You can go to the drug store and ask.
