  Yes, it is possible and safe. You just need to have an eye exam and get the BC ( base curve ) value which is the special size for your eyes, then you can get non-prescription contacts from any where either from local optical stores or online optical stores. As I know, they are cheap offered online.

  Non-prescription is also called colored contacts. People who have perfect vision want to wear non-prescription contacts to change their eye color so that they will look more beautiful and attractive. Non-prescription contatcs are quite safe to wear if you are qualified to wear contacts. You can get them at any optical store. The price will vary depending on where you get them. You can search them online to have a look.

  Of course you can.I have seen many girls wear such colored contacts for beauty.It should be safe but you can't wear it for too long,usually no more than 8 hours a day.If you feel any discomfort,stop wearing them immediately.
