Why do my eyes get red when i have a headache?

  Well, in my opinion, it is kind of normal to have red eyes when you have headache, for head and eyes are connected with each other. In common, when you have headache, it will increase your blood pressure. In that way, it will also affect your eyes, leading to high eye pressure. At this moment, red eyes can occur because of high eye pressure. For your situation, you need to take some medical care to treat your headache. And then the redness in your eyes can disappear by itself.
