Is it bad for your eyes to wear contact lenses every day?

  It maybe safe if you do all the followings. 1. If you put in and take out of your contact lenses in the correct way, I mean, by the ways not hurting your cornea. 2. Store and clean them with the specific solutions as your doctor recommended. 3. Wash your hands clean before wearing them. 4. Never wear it more than 6-8 hours in the day, take them off your eyes when go to sleep at night.

  As long as the contact lenses are not out of date, it is safe to wear them every day.But you should keep your hands clean and wear them in a correct way.

  You should not wear contacts for more than 8 hours every day,otherwise your eyes may feel dry.If you feel any discomfort when wearing,you should remove them.

  There should be a time for your eyes to have a rest and pay much attention to cleaning and disinfecting of the contacts.
