Dr. Karen Hayward, from St. Albert, Alberta, explains that seniors who suffer from presbyopia feel more tired as they get older. But this vision problem can be helped with a prescription.

You may need a pair of reading glasses to help you see clearly. Then you will feel less eye fatigue when you are reading. I strongly suggest you to have an eye exam. Senior citizens should have an eye exam every year. This can help prevent some eye disease and know the decrease in eyesight. And take further steps to maintain the health of the eyes.

As we get older, many organs will degenerate slowly. Our eyes can't function as well as they were in the past, so doctors often told senior citizens to schedule an eye exam every year. And most of them suffer from some eye problems such as cataracts or macular degeneration. So senior citizens should pay special attention to their eye health in daily lives. They also should take some nutrients supplement pills to help maintain the health of their eye health.
