  This is not an easy thing,to be honest.But I still have some small tips for u.In most cases,red eyes r caused by enlarged blood vessels and some kinds of eye allergies.And we also can't exclude the reasons that can be eye infection or and so on.As far as what I know,coughing and some irritants can also get ur red eyes.U had better get enough rest and sleep.In ur daily life,u also need to make ue eyes clean.Never rub ur eyes at any time.
