Yes, it is possible for you to hurt the vision from tinnitus because of the interlinked nerves. The ears infection will affect the eyes and cause the eyes to be blurry at the sight. You should better protect the eyes carefully. You need to use the warm compress to make your eyes get comfortable and moisture. You need to use the medical care to treat your tinnitus.

Well, yes, tinnitus can just affect your vision too. In that way, it may lead to some vision problem. Generally speaking, tinnitus is the medical term for noises in the ears. Also, we can say it as "ringing in the ears." And according to some researches, when you suffer from tinnitus, you may also hear roaring, buzzing, whistling, or hissing. When tinnitus occurs, some symptoms in eyes such as blurry vision can be very common. Also, you may see flashing light too. So it can be annoying. For the causes, damage to the middle or inner ear is a common cause of tinnitus. Also, damage to your eardrums or to the tiny bones in your middle ear can also interfere with the proper conduction of sound. Anyway, just be careful about it.
