What vitamin deficiency causes vision problems in children?

    Yes, it is true that vitamin deficiency will lead to vision problems in children. If the children lack vitamin C, their eyes will get dry easily. Then they may appear the symptom of blurry vision. If they lack vitamin A, they have the problems at the night vision. Thus, children should eat more food with vitamin to protect their vision of the eyes. That is very important.

    Vitamin deficiency is a big problem which should be attached enough importance. it will cause nyctalopia and impaired vision if you are short of vitamin A and D, and it will cause astigmatism if lacking vitamin B6.     Yes,it is true that vitamin defiency cn lead to vision problems in children and adults. Vitamin A deficiency causes night blindness. Vitamin B12 deficiency leads to megaloblastic anemia, which is bad for vision, that is, myopia, blurry vision and double vision may occur. Also, vitamin defiency can lead to other diseases, such as vitamin K deficiency causes impaired coagulation, vtamin D deficiency causes rickets.
