Why does my eye twitch when i get nervous?

I feel so nervous because i am going to attend a interview. But my eyes also twitches right now. Why? is it normal to get eye twitches when i feel nervous?

Ok. sounds like you are very careful of your eyes. But from what I know, being nervous has little thing to do with twitching eyes. Because twitching eyes are very complicated and systematic, which could be resulted from a variety of reasons. But nervousness simply does not lead to that, and you should avoid stress, eye strain, fatigue, etc, those thing could give rise to twitching eyes. Just be careful and take it easy.

When you get nervous, your eyes nerves are in the intense state. That is the main reason to cause your eye twitches. You should take notice of it. You could use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to stop the eye twitches. You should also calm down your mood to make you have the happy mood. That is very important. During your daily life, you should better eat some food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes.
