Well, as far as I know, this is one of the most complicated problems about your eyes. So, according to some clinical cases, it would take about 10 days for subconjunctival hemorrhage to heal. And during this course of recovery, it need to follow the doctor's instructions and take some prescription medicine. In a word, try not to make the disease get worse again, and it will be fixed.

Well, generally speaking, there is no need for you to take some medical treatments to heal them, for they can disappear in one week. So you should not worry about it. Of course, you can do something to relieve your symptom. For example, you can just put some cool teabags on your eyes, and then have a good rest. And they can disappear. Also, you should know that a subconjunctival hemorrhage is similar to an ordinary bruise on the skin. Also we can say that it's like a bruise of the eye. While an injury to the eye or a head injury can be the cause. Of course, you should know that sometimes they occur after a bout of coughing or vomiting. Besides, they are associated with high blood pressure. If you have a bleeding disorder, you may be more prone to having a subconjunctival hemorrhage, and even nose bleeds or easy bruising be the cause too. anyway, just be careful about it.

Subconjunctival hemorrhage is a harmless condition. You have no need to worry about it. And the time to heal depends on your personal healthy condition. The reason of it is that strain putting on your body may cause a blood vessel to burst. You can recover your eyes from your daily habit.
