Yes, the kale has great effect on the health of our eyes. As we know, the retinal macular degeneration is the main cause of blindness for people above 65 years old. If the food you eat in the diet can increase lutein intake, it can help prevent the disease. Kale and spinach contain lutein which can effectively prevent retinal macular degeneration often. If we eat these two kinds of vegetables often, we still can make the incidence of cataract reduced by 40%. Thus, eating the food like kale is good for our health, especially the eyes.

Yes, kale is good for your eyes, so you can eat them much. As we know that Kale, also known as borecole, is one of the healthiest vegetables on the planet. It is also a good source of minerals copper, potassium, iron, manganese, and phosphorus. Kale's health benefits are primarily linked to the high concentration and excellent source of antioxidant vitamins A, C, and K and so on. Also, it is also rich in the eye-health promoting lutein and zeaxanthin compounds. Anyway, it does a good job to your body and your eyes. Just eat them more.
