Droopy eyelids can be caused by several factors. Age is one of them that cause the droopy eyelids. As you age, the muscles around your eyes which are used to support the eyelids begin to weaken and the protein called collagen begins to break down thus your skin around the eyelids become thinner and then the eyelids are more likely to sag. So people who reach their middle adulthood often get droopy eyelids. Injuries to the face and eye will also cause saggy eyelids.
