  All right, I know that you are quite worried about your eye health because of the twitching feeling. Anyway, you should know that 3 major causes lead to twitching eyes. The lack of sleep, alcohol and smoking, or some other eye infections. So, what you need is just to avoid violet the 3 principles. If the problem still exist after a while, you should consult a doctor for help.

  Your involuntary rolling of the eyes may be caused by the infected eyes from the invisible bacterium. You should stop doing it because it may let your eyes get infection seriously. Your eyes will get red. You could use the eyes drops with anti-inflammation to stop the itchy of the eyes. You could also use the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable.
