Vitamin deficiency do not necessarily cause the dark circle, but intake of vitamins A, C, E and K could lessen their appearance. The dark circles can make you appear tired and unhealthy. However, there are some solutions for you to treat your dark circles. The vitamin K can minimize your skin inflammation. Pumpkin ,brown rice, sweet potatoes and beans are good sources of vitamin K. Vitamin A is in orange fruits and vegetables, such as carrots and apricots. Oranges and cherries are great sources of vitamin C. However, increasing your intake of virous vitamin will be helpful.
