If you don't do something, your pinguecula will not go away on its own. It is the hereditary disease, senile change and inflammation that cause the pinguecula. There must be other reasons causing your pinguecula. For example, you sit in front of the computers for a long time with little rest, you may have the problems at eyes. If you get the fatigue at the eyes for a long time, you may get high possibility to get pinguecula. Your stimulation from the lights will also cause this. Your lenses will not be clear, with the yellow parts in it. It will not cause the blindness. However, you will feel uncomfortable like owning something in the eyes. The pinguecula will not disappear by itself. If you want to get rid of them, you could just do the surgery to get this. You could also take notice of using eyes in your spare time and not sit in front of the computers for a long time. You could also use some eye drops to release the symptom.

As I know that the pinguecula will not go away on its own.Treating pterygium requires elements that distend growth and reduce inflammation and irritation. Many natural options achieve both of these effectively. Apple cider vinegar, castor oil and activated charcoal are among the most effective treatments for the condition.Apple cider vinegar is a highly acidic compound. When diluted with water and applied to the affected eye, the acid in the vinegar balances the pH of the eye and naturally minimizes the growth. The vinegar also contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals that are healthful for the eye.Castor oil is a natural oil used for treating several different ailments. The oil consists of nearly 90 percent ricinoleic acid, making it an effective anti-inflammatory. As such, the oil functions to reduce inflammation in the eye and reverse growth of the tumor. Activated charcoal is a common remedy known for its ability to absorb most organic toxins, chemicals and poisons. Activated charcoal is highly alkaline so it realigns the body's alkalinity level. These properties together eliminate any inflammation causing agents in the body and reduce the appearance of pterygium.

Pinguecula does not cause any immediate danger to your vision, it is linked to sun exposure. For you, I think a surgery is what you need. It's hard for eyes to recover itself when you for pingurcula. But you can try some vegetable like carrot and green tea and take vitamin to assist the recover, but do not rely on that. No matter what will you do to remove pinguecula, the first thing you need to do is wear sunglasses when you are exposed in the sunshine.

As far as I know, pinguecula will not go away on its own. A pinguecula is not a tumor, but an alteration of normal tissue resulting in a deposit of protein and fat, or maybe a response to chronic eye irritation or sunlight. Usually you can ask your eye-doctor for some curing eyedrops. Besides, take care of eye health. And it is rare to be surgically removed. But if it gets inflamed, you'd better go to see your ophthalmologist for some professional treatment.
