I don't think so. Black eyes are caused by blood or other fluid build up uner skin so that swelling and discoloration are resulted. Black eyes are usually caused by blow or any injury to eyes or nose. It doesn't mean any injury to eyes sometimes, but some injuries to the tissue around eyes, just like a bruise. Some common causes of black eyes include a blow to nose or eyes, certain surgical procedure to face and some head injury. Some skin allergic reaction around eyes, angioedema and dental infections might cause black eyes too. While, a stroke is a acute disorder, which is caused by defficient blood supplying to brain or hemorrhage in brain. The common symptoms of a stroke include seizure, loss of consciousness, confusion, or even walking, understanding, vision ability impairment. Normally speaking a stroke won't cause black eyes directly. As to black eye, it is not a serious problem. You could apply some home remedies to help it recover, such as ice pad on eyes in the first 24 hours. But if you feel it getting worse, for example if any vision loss problem occurs, you should visit your doctor.

As a matter of fact, it's true. Stroke can really give rise to black eyes. As we all know that black eye is a result of bruising of the skin. When you get a stroke, the blood circulation around the body is not worked that well, the congestion of eyes blood is just the main reason why black eyes come out. To relief the symptom, you must find some ice cakes which wrapped by a cloth, apply it onto your eyelids for more than 3 minutes. Then, apply a warm towel onto your eyelids for several minutes after that. It would be shuttled with each for several times.Neverthless, if the situation is so serious that we can not handle, you'd better see a doctor as soon as possible in consideration of your health.
