You should wash the eyes as soon as possible in case of the eyes infection. You should wash it many times until you feel comfortable. The ingredients the toilet bowl cleaner contains will undertake chemical reaction. Different reactions arouse different result which may do harms to eyes. As chemical substances are not easy to react in low temperature, thus cold water shall be used to reduce the burning. Running water could take the substance adhering to eyes so that more damage could be avoided.   OMG, it seems that there is something wrong with your eyes. Anyway, those detergent is highly irritative and harmful to your eyes, which would lead to some serious consequences, such as hurt feelings, decreased vision, etc. So, what you should do now is to flush your eyes with lots of normal saline and then eye drops to treat the problem. If the situation is really bad, you need to see a doctor in time.
