  After the corneal transplant, you may get many side effects if you don't care it very much. You may get the double vision because of the unstable pressure. You could get the calm mood. You could also use some eye drops to moisture the eyes. In addition, you could use the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable.

  Double vision is a normal complication which comes after a corneal transplant. Although it is quite a high successful rate of corneal transplant, there is still some risks and complications that patient might experience. Some serious complications such as eye loss, vision loss and loss of vitreous are very rare cases, while some other mild problems are treatable just like double vision. Because after transplant surgery, eyes are very sensitive and dry, you need to provide a better protection of eyes. Normally vision is not stable until you are completely healed. Now you can do some cares to speed up the recovery process. Use a humidifier to moisturizing the air which can relieve dryness and double vision. Apply some lukewarm compress of saline solution could help too. If you find your symptom is serious or getting worse which obviously impact your daily lift, you should let your surgeon know as soon as possible.

  Well, yes, double vision can occur after the corneal transplant, especially in the early days after an eyelid procedure. Generally speaking, at this period, vision may be slightly altered, and then, there may even be some double vision. Also, blurred vision can be possible. But you do not need to worry about it, for these experiences should be short-lived and will correct themselves. But on the other hand, to treat it, you also can try some warm compresses, which can do a good job to your situation. Just have a try.
