How to reduce eye swelling after rhinoplasty?

I got swelling eyes after a rhinoplasty. How can i reduce the swelling eyes? Is it possible to cause swelling eyes after rhinoplasty?

    Well, in common, it is normal to have swelling eyes after the surgery. And generally, at that moment, it can be because of the eye infection, which leads to swelling eyes.
