Can eczema cause swollen eyes?

  Yes, the exzema will lead to swollen eyes because of the infection. If you want to reduce it, you could find the clean cloth and hot water to do the warm compress. Then you will find that the swollen eyes may reduce to some degree. You could also use some eye drops to release the symptom. You may not smoke or drink these days in case of the further infection which will make the swollen eyes become serious.
