Why does one of my eyes squint when i smile?

  Some people may have such habit of having squint eyes when smiling. However, you'd better go to see the doctor and have the full check on the eyes to see whether you get the squint eyes. If so, you could accept the early treatment. If not, you could just protect the eyes. Eye is the very important part of the body. You should take care of it very much.

  Ok, I can see that there is something wrong with your eyes, because it would not be normal for our eyes to squint when we smile you know? So, I suspect that you have got strabismus which is quite common and would bring lots of harm to your eyes. Or course it might be a sign of strabismus, therefore, I recommend that you try to examine your eyes and take some timely treatment to fix the problem.

  Well, yes, it is possible to have squinting eyes when you smile. When you smile, your eyes' muscle becomes stressed. In that way, you will get squinting eyes that cause wrinkles around the eyes and forehead. Also, people will suffer squinting eyes from excessive sunlight exposure.
