Well, yes, it is possible to have blurred vision after the surgery. First, you should know that blurred vision can be caused by some bacteria, virus, and even some irritants. After you have taken the surgery, your eyes will be fragile. And then it is easy for them to be infected. So at that moment, your eyes will have blurred vision. It is just like what you feel now. By the way, to treat it, you should check your eyes to find out the real reason. Also, wearing a pair of eye patch can be useful.

Yes, it is normal to have the blurred vision at the temporary state after the vitrectomy. If it lasts for a long time, you'd better go to have a check on the eyes to see whether you have the eye disease. If it is, you could better use the medical treatment to cure the eye problems. You should protect the eyes from the good habit of using eyes and have the good rest for the eyes.

It is true that vitrectomy could greatly improve our vision. But you should know that requires some period of time to recover, and blurry vision is quite normal. it also has something to do with the type of your filling in your eyes. So, for the time being, it would be wise for you to check your eyes again, so as to see whether there have been some other problems.
