Fibromyalgia has got a lot of things to do with your leg joints, not your eyes, which means that it usually doesn't lead to dry eyes. Maybe you should figure our what you have done to your eyes, maybe you have a lack of sleep or played too much video games. Perhaps you should find out the cause through an eye exam in the hospital.

Well, yes, it is possible to have dry eyes because of fibromyalgia. As we know that fibromyalgia is a disorder whose most prominent characteristic is pain and tenderness at specific points in the musculoskeletal system. Also, other symptoms, such as hypothyroidism, certain viral infections, stress can accompany with it too. You should know that people with it will feel hard to sleep well, and they even feel tired. So in that way, it can just increase the eye pressure, leading to eye strain. Finally, dry eyes can occur. By the way, because of the stress on the eyes, red eyes, even dark circles, eye bags may occur too. So just pay more attention to it.

Yes, it is possible for you to get dry eyes because of fibromyalgia. When you get the fibromyalgia, you will find that there is the dehydration for your body. That is why you get the dry eyes. You could use the eye drops to release the symptom. At the same time, you could eat more food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes.
