It is hard to say, any transplant surgery has its risk, after all, but the prognosis for visual restoration and maintenance of ocular health with corneal transplant is generally good. Corneal transplant has the same risk as other intraocular procedures. It risks the infection of various microorganisms because the cornea has no blood vessels and it has to take its nutrients from the aqueous humor. You can reduce the risk by dripping antibiotic eye drops. Remember not to rub your eyes after a corneal transplant in case of new injury, which can lead to the failure of the corneal transplant.

Well, yes, after you have the corneal transparent, it is ok to see. But on the other hand, you should avoid overusing of your eyes. Or it will lead to many eye problems, such as eye strain, or dry eyes. So you should pay more attention to it. Since the eyes after surgery are very sensitive and fragile, you should pay more attention to avoiding the infection. For example, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective shield at night and with naps until you are advised by your doctor. Also, you should remember not sleep on the side of the operated eye for the first night. For example, you should not watch TV or computer in the first week, and also should be careful when you have shower.

After the corneal transplant, your eyes will be bind by the cloth for one day to avoid the light. The corneal transplantation is the normal corneal replacement of existing lesions in patients with cornea. With eye surgery or the control of corneal disease, it can improve visual acuity or treat some corneal disease. The eye treatment can be used among some patients with severe visual loss and even blindness of corneal disease. The corneal transplant becomes more and more safe and effective in the medical circle now. After the corneal transplant, you'd better not drink or smoke which will stimulate your weak eyes skin. You should control the time of using your eyes in front of the computers. And you should keep notice of your diet.
