  There are many good home remedies to treat your eyes. You can treat it from your eating habit. Vitamin E and vitamin K are particularly useful, because they help to relax the blood vessels and help the flow of blood. You should choose some vegetables and fruits containing vitamin E and vitamin K. Also, you can take some aspirin to thin the blood.

  You can do what I list as below to treat the blood dot in your eyes. Apply a hot compress over the eyelid so as to get alleviation from irritation. Apply an ice bag on your eyes or soak a towel in chilly water and keep it on your eyes, some ice cubes in a towel or cloth also work. Place some slices of cucumber on your eyelids. In your diets, you can add three to four cloves of garlic to help dissolve the blood clot because garlic contains anticoagulant which has an effect of breaking down blood clots. Also, remember not to rub your eyes in case of re-bleeding and not to engage yourself in working in front of a computer or watching TV for a long time in case of eye strain. In daily life, you should do some eye exercises to rejuvenate the muscles around the ocular region, but do not strain them. Wish you be better soon.
