Yeah, as usual, the dehydration is one of the reasons why our eyes are itchy and red. As we all know, when our eyes are dehydrated, our eyes always feel dry. Then we notice that our eyes are very dry, we have to drink some water or take some other ways supply water to them, but our eyes cannot told us by words, then they can do nothing just making the eyes itchy, then we cannot helping rubbing our eyes and let some tears come into our eyes. At the same time, the nerve in our brain will ask us to drink some water to wet our eyes. As to the red eyes, first of all, you do not worry, the red eyes caused by the dehydration is not pink eyes, when our eyes are short of water and the eyes are easily irritated, then also they have to take some ways to warn the people. If you want to release the itch and red eyes, you just need solve the dehydration, namely, drink more water and eating some fruit in your daily life.
