Yes, it is. The possibility for you to get the eyes infection when you get cold is high because your immune system is so weak that lets the invisible bacterium come into your eyes easily. You could use the eye drops to get rid of the bacterium and eliminate the inflammation symptom. You could also protect your eyes this time carefully.

If you get the cold, you will easily get the eye infection, but we cannot say that cold can cause the eye infection. As we all know that there are two of the most common causes of eye infections: viral or bacterial conjunctivitis. On one hand, if you immune system is weak and many bacterial will get together around your eyes and at that time, your eyes are very easily to get infected. Of course, you can do something to protect you and your eyes, such as doing some exercise to make the immune system stronger. On the other hand, there are little link between the eye infection caused by the viral and the cold, if you really worried about it, you can take some Pills to help you to avoid the eye infection caused by the viral. All in all, you should strengthen your immune system to protect you and your eyes.

Well, generally speaking, you can get eye infection when you have a cold. As we know that if you get cold, your immune system can be weaker. And it will make your eyes become fragile. So at this time, it is easy for some bacteria invade into your eyes. so in that way, your eyes will be infected. Generally speaking, when your eyes get infection, it may lead to pink eyes or dry eyes. so just be careful when you have a cold. You should know that pink eye is redness and inflammation of the membranes covering the whites of the eyes and the membranes on the inner part of the eyelids. And it can be caused by irritation, allergies, eyestrain, and environment. And if your eyes are infected and get pink eyes, it can be dangerous for you. So anyway, you should take some medicine to heal your cold and strengthen your immune system. And also, drop some eye drops, so it can relieve the symptom. Also, taking the eye patch is also helpful.
