Does pink eye go away naturally?

Is there any medicine that can help pink eyes? Or pink eyes can go away naturally as time goes by?

    Well, in some degree, pink eyes can go away naturally. So you may not need to take some measures to treat them. But on the other hand, there are also some ways you can have a try, so the recovery can be fast. As we know that a contagious ailment like pink eye is caused by inflammation of blood vessels.     You'd better use some anti-inflammation medicines to get the pink eyes away. You should better not go out often during this time because the wind with dust may make the pink eyes get serious. You should not use the computer often. And you should not use the same towel with your family members because the pink eyes are contagious.
