It seems that your body health is not in good conditions. As far as I know, it is possible to experience eye floaters if your body is not healthy, such as a cold or running a fever. Since your cold is quite serious now, then it is natural for you to feel that floaters. However, there might be other causes giving rise to floaters, so I suggest that you consult a doctor and take some timely measures to tackle this problem.

Well, in some degree, when you have a cold, it is possible for your eyes to have floaters if you have vision problems. And when you have cold, your body will be disordered. So it can affect the function of your eyes. And in some cases, it can lead to floaters. So I will suggest you eat as many water and vitamin rich vegetables as possible. And healing your cold is helpful to your floaters. But proper nutrition can prevent new eye floaters from being formed by decreasing their appearance.
