Well, as a matter of fact, due to the fact that every part of our body is interconnected, one infected part could give rise to other serious problems. So, it is quite possible that if your strep throat is not properly cured, your eyes will be affected to some extent, even get infected. So, I advise that you get immediate treatment before it is too late. Hope you recover as soon as possible.

I don't know there is any relationship between strep throat and eyes. According to my knowledge now, I don't think strep throat affects eyes directly. Eyes problems are not one of the symptoms caused by strep throat. Yet if you ignore strep throat at the begninning, it might leads to risk to joints, muscles, skins and even heart, which is very dangerous. In that case, your eyes might be impacted. The usage of antibiotics could stop strep bacteria from spreading infection to other part of body. So when you found you have strep throat, go to see a doctor for professional help to avoid any other impact to your boday.
