Well, generally speaking, it is hard to say the certain time. As we know that it is kind of serious situation that you should pay more attention to heal it. Actually, it can be awful to have eye abrasion. And in some cases, it is also very dangerous to have this situation. So you should be more careful about it. Generally speaking, it will take one or two days for a basic one to heal. Of course you can take some measure to help the healing. For example, you can just wear the eye patch. By wearing an eye patch, it can be bothersome, but doing so will insure a speedy recovery for your eyes. But, you should know that deeper abrasion may take up to two weeks. Also, some abrasion can include infections, and it will also need oral and topical antibiotics and may take up to 4 weeks to heal. So just pay more attention to it, or it can lead to some serious eye diseases, such as the pink eyes. Besides, If you have some problem, you can talk it with your eye doctor.

About how long your abrased eyes get recovery, it depends on the seriousness of the eyes. If it is not serious, you just use the erythromycin ointment to release the symptom. The eyes will be healed about a week. However, if it is serious, you should go to the hospital to have a binding up. Then you should take the medicine and get well about a month. The eyes part is so weak that you should take notice of.
