  When you sneeze, you may need to use a lot of energy. During that time, your eye blood pressure may be increased suddenly. That is the reason for the appearance of bloodshot. It will be OK after some time release after you calm down and have a good rest for the eyes.

  Bloodshot eyes are the term used to refer to eye redness, which occurs when the small blood vessels present near the surface of the eye get enlarged and dilated. It occurs when there is an injury, irritation or certain eye diseases that can affect both children and adults. Because of the same nerves that cause you to sneeze are connected to your eyes and ears. Although you cannot see it, your nasal sinuses are also red when you are sneezing.
