Well, generally speaking, in the first week after the surgery, you are not supposed to do some exercises. And it can be dangerous for your eyes, if you have running. As we know that after the surgery, your eyes can be sensitive and fragile, so it can be hurt when you have the exercises. Also, if you use your eyes too much, that will lead to eye strain. And in some cases, it can be dangerous. So you should follow the things the doctor has told you. Besides, For example, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective shield at night and with naps until you are advised by your doctor. Also, you should remember not sleep on the side of the operated eye for the first night.

Usually, you can join some exercise after 14 days of LASIK surgery. After taking surgery, you'd better don't squint or scrunch your eyes for 24 hours. You can also do some mild exercise after 3 days. But if you want to join some strength sports like running, hot tubs and rivers after 14 days. And to heal your eyes, you'd better not rub your eyes after the surgery within at least 30 days.
