While, Black pepper is a source of manganese, iron, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin K and dietary fiber, and black pepper is a very good anti-inflammatory agent. Black pepper is a great addition to any supplement regime because it increases the absorption of helpful nutrients such as beta-carotene, curcumin, selenium, and B vitamins, and those nutrients are important for eyes health, so it means that black pepper is also good for our eyes.

As far as I know, black pepper has a lot of medicine uses, which are very useful for liver and lung problems. And black pepper is usually pretty good for eyes. From ancient times, pepper has been used to treat eye problems. But you can not put black pepper in your eyes, which can severely damage your eyes because of the coarseness of the particles.
