Well, in my opinion, your bloodshot eyes can be caused by the allergy coming from the beach or the sea water. As we know that see water and sea wind contain many dirty objects, so that if you go to the beach, it can be very easy for you to be infected by the allergy, for eyes are very sensitive. Also, the sea water is salty, so it can also make your eyes to become like this. For your situation, I will suggest you wash your eyes with warm water and then put some eye drops on your eyes. After a while, it can relieve the situation. So you should not worry about it.

There are many factors that may cause the bloodshot eyes such as infection, irritation and other bad weathers etc. From your description, your bloodshot eyes may caused by weather. Since you stay a long time on the beach, the dust, blowing wind and dry air or sun exposure ( if there is strong sunlight) can also cause the blood shot of eyes. So, just have a good rest, your eyes may recovery.

Your bloodshot at the eyes from the beach may be caused by the strong sunlight exposure. You may not wear the sunglasses. Adding with the bacterium in the sea, your eyes may get infected. If you don’t want them get serious, you'd better go to see the doctor and have a check.

Well, it seems that you have got bloodshot eyes now? So sorry to hear that, anyway, I just wonder whether you wore sunglasses over the beach or not. Generally speaking, direct exposure to the sun will do harm to your eyes, even give rise to some uncomfortable feelings. But there might be some other reasons for your bloodshot. So you had better consult an eye doctor to see where went wrong.
