Yes. It is possible for people with high blood pressure to get eye floaters. Eye floaters also known as eye spots. They are like tiny specks, circles or thread-like clouds in your vision field. And there are many factors that can cause eye floaters such as heavy myopia. But the high blood pressure are also one of the factors that possibly cause high blood pressure.

The symptom of eyes floaters will represent the black dots which float follows the movements of your eyes, just like flying mosquito. The shape of the dots may be circle, oval, spot or threadiness. The vision will be effect by this symptom in certain extends. It may be caused by eye inflammation or intraocular hemorrhage. It may affect the retina and become worse. The allergies may cause the floaters but I suggest that you go to doctor to check the detailed situation for sure.

Yes of course, at least to some extent. Because my grandmother has got high blood pressure for nearly a decade and several years ago she said sometimes she will see shining spots in front of her eyes. So, we can infer that high blood pressure could give rise to eye floaters. My advice for you is to take good care of your health. Actually, high blood pressure is treatable now, as long as you do something solid and hard.
