I think computer glasses can help reduce eye fatigue. Sometimes eye fatigue may further cause headaches. I don't know why. But computer glasses can reduce eye fatigue and make your eyes feel more comfortable when viewing computer screens because they can help block computer reflections and filter glare.

Yes, computer glasses can help relieve eye fatigue and headaches. There are glare from computer screens which can cause headaches and tired eyes after using computer for a long time. But computer glasses are coated with anti-reflective coating which can help filter glare and block computer reflections. They can protect our eyes. So they are essential to computer workers. If you don't have a pair of computer glasses, I strongly suggest you to buy one immediately.

You can have a look at http://www.firmoo.com/computer-glasses.html. You can choose what you like and add them to cart. After you login with your Facebook account, you can upload your photos to see whether the glasses you choose fit your face shape or not. And you also need to have a look about the size of the frame and make sure you choose the right glasses for yourself. Then you can input your prescription and choose the lenses. I have bought 2 pair of glasses online. I think they are affordable. Hope this helped!

Sweetie, maybe you are just too tired. Computer glasses can help reduce eye fatigue. But I still suggest you take a rest when you feel tiredness when you are reading. You can apply some artificial tears to lubricate your eyes, and then your eyes will feel less dry. If you are too anxious about your study, you can talk to your parents or teacher to seek help. When I was a high school student, I often heard that study drives me mad. I got headaches. "We have much homework to do every day." many classmates complain about that. I think maybe both computer screen and homework cause your headaches.

I know computer glasses very well. I have two pairs of computer glasses. Computer glasses are designed to relieve computer vision syndrome (CVS). What is CVS? It is a syndrome which may include eye strain, blurred vision, red eyes and other symptoms. These symptoms are caused by visual demands of computer work. If you suffer from eye strain or blurred vision after computer work, you may need to buy a pair of computer glasses. The people who are under age 40 may need computer glasses and the people who are over age 40 may need computer glasses too. Computer screens usually are positioned 20 to 26 inches from the user's eyes, but farther away than reading vision. Computer glasses can optimize your eyesight when viewing your computer screen. You can have a comprehensive eye exam to rule out vision problems and update your eyeglasses prescription.
