  Yes, proper use of spoons can reduce puffiness. But it can't cure your eye bags. If you want to reduce eye bags with spoon. You should first put a clean spoon into refrigerator to coll it. Then, put the cool spoon on your closed eyes with the notch of the spoon upward. In fact, it is the same as you use ice compress. Hope this helps.

  There are various effective ways to remove eye bags by you at home. One is utilizing spoon to get rid of eye bags. You need apply two metal spoons in the ice box to chill them for 15 to 30 minutes. And you apply the rounded side of these cold spoons on the eyes for a few minutes. It's more effective to do that in the morning in order to reduce the puffiness.
